大會在 4 個指定地區劃定打卡點,
讓各大小跑手在儲里數之餘,
亦在街巷中認識香港的另一面,
並領略弱勢對抗逆境的堅毅精神。
「親子組」參加者可於比賽期內在指定社區的打卡點集郵,
並在全港任何地區隨意規劃路線,
累積完成指定里數即可。

We designed checkpoints in four districts for runners to get to know more about Hong Kong and walk “in the shoes of the underprivileged”.  Runners taking part in “Family Run” can pick the district(s) they want to visit, take selfies at the checkpoints, and then run anywhere in Hong Kong to complete the distance(s) as required.

第一步:打卡

Step 1:
Selfie at Checkpoints

  • 揀選社區,並在該社區上的任何5個指定打卡點集郵。照片中須清楚展示全隊隊員、地標及有寫上 Strava 稱呼的號碼布。
  • 選 「單餸餐」,組員須在一個地區 5 個指定打卡點打卡,選 「兩餸餐」,組員須在兩個地區各5個指定打卡點打卡,如此類推。
  • Pick the district you are interested in, wander around, and select 5 checkpoints 
  • Take selfies / photos at those 5 checkpoints while making sure all team members, their bibs, and the checkpoints are clearly visible in the pictures. Don’t forget to write your Strava name on your bib! 
  • If you are doing more than one district challenge, repeat this for all districts!  

第二步:跑步儲里數

Step 2: Run the distance

  • 小組可在指定社區,或在香港任何地方儲滿指定里數,而家長須作為小組代表,使用 Strava 程式記錄成績。
  • 選 「單餸餐」,組員須合共完成5公里;選「兩餸餐」或「三餸餐」,組員須合共完成8公里;選「全餐」,組員須合共完成10公里。(詳細里數計算辦法請見備註)
  • 完成賽事後將 Strava 紀錄及打卡照發送到大會電郵 hk.race@biji.co 即為完成賽事,全員皆可得到精美獎牌!
  • The team can run in the same districts where the checkpoints are, or anywhere in Hong Kong to complete the required distance to complete the race. The parent (or the adult runner) records the run in Strava for submission to the event website later on.
  • Members of a team are required to complete 5km altogether if they pick “one-district challenge”. For those who pick “two-district challenge” and “three-district challenge”, the required distance is 8km. If you pick “all districts challenge”, you have to complete 10km collectively as a team. (Please refer to notes for detailed breakdown of distance required to be completed by each team member)
  • Send your Strava record together with checkpoint photos to hk.race@biji.co in order to complete the race. All team members get a special medal as a reward!

1. 親子二人組,記錄須最少為 2.5 公里

2. 親子三人組,記錄須最少為 1.7 公里
(三人合共為 5 公里)

Family Run for 3 (1 adult + 2 kids): Minimum distance in Strava record is 1.7km (3 persons running 5km altogether)

兩餸及三餸餐
Two-district Challenge and Three-district Challenge

1. 親子二人組,記錄須最少為 4公里

(兩人合共為 8 公里)

Family Run for 2 (1 adult + 1 kid): Minimum distance in Strava record is 4km (2 persons running 8km altogether)

2. 親子三人組,記錄須最少為 2.6 公里
(三人合共為 8 公里)

Family Run for 3 (1 adult + 2 kids): Minimum distance in Strava record is 2.6km (3 persons running 8km altogether)
